Paleo Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 put the egg in a food processor and process until blended.
  • 2 while the processor is running, very slowly drizzle the oil into the mixer. add a little at a time and give it time to start emulsifying and thickening. continue to slowly add the rest of the oil until it's very thick and all incorporated.
  • 3 add the remainder of the ingredients and process a bit more.
  • 4 keep refrigerated.
