- 10 ounces portabella mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in pan.
- 2 add mushrooms or whatever vegetable you would like to sauté.
- 3 about halfway into cooking add balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper.
- 4 mix in a light sprinkle of salt when it is done cooking.
