Sauteed Spinach With Garlic

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 trim and clean the spinach, cut into palm size pieces.
  • 2 in a large pan, cook the garlic and red pepper in the olive oil over medium heat until the garlic is golden.
  • 3 add the spinach and salt to taste.
  • 4 stir well.
  • 5 cover the pot and cook until spinach is tender, just a few minutes.
  • 6 serve hot or at room temperature.
