S'kat's Easy Cornmeal Crust

Total Time: 3 hrs 35 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 package yeast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 2 -3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 add yeast and sugar to warm water, and let proof until foamy, about 5 minutes.
  • 2 add 2 cups of flour, salt, cornmeal and olive oil.
