Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 lightly toast pine nuts.
- 2 in a food processor (or with a pestle and mortar), mix the basil, garlic, pine nuts and cheese into a paste.
- 3 add oil and blend to a smooth paste.
- 4 keep in an airtight jar in the fridge.
