- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grits
Recipe
- 1 bring water, milk and salt to a boil.
- 2 add the grits and stir.
- 3 cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4 grated cheddar cheese and/or garlic may be added at the end of cooking.
