Grits

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup grits

Recipe

  • 1 bring water, milk and salt to a boil.
  • 2 add the grits and stir.
  • 3 cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 4 grated cheddar cheese and/or garlic may be added at the end of cooking.
