Pesto Cannellini Beans

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic cloves, crushed or 1/2 teaspoon prepared minced garlic
  • 400 g canned cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.
  • 2 add beans and stir until heated through.
  • 3 stir in pesto & parsley to serve.
