Sauteed Gnocchi

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb frozen gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh romano cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 cook gnocchi according to directions on package; drain.
  • 2 melt butter in sauté pan.
  • 3 add gnocchi and minced garlic.
  • 4 cook 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, turning constantly.
  • 5 stir in salt and pepper during last 2 minutes.
  • 6 toss with romano cheese, top with parsley.
