Rabbit Liver And Onions

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 rabbit, livers
  • 2 -3 onions, chopped
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 slice livers in 1/2" slices.
  • 2 melt butter on medium heat.
  • 3 saute onions, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper about 5 minutes.
  • 4 add the liver strips, lower to a simmer, cover, and cook about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. .
