- 6 rabbit, livers
- 2 -3 onions, chopped
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch thyme
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice livers in 1/2" slices.
- 2 melt butter on medium heat.
- 3 saute onions, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper about 5 minutes.
- 4 add the liver strips, lower to a simmer, cover, and cook about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. .
