Ingredients
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)
- 1/2 small onion (finely chopped)
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, whisk the yogurt, lemon jucie, olive oil, garlic and salt.
- 2 stir in the cucumber and onion.
- 3 cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- 4 serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
