Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup madeira vermouth or 1/4 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. add mushrooms and garlic and sautã© until tender, 2 minutes.
- 2 remove to a bowl. season well with salt and pepper.
- 3 add wine to pan and scrape up browned bits.
- 4 add mushrooms to sauce to reheat.
