Sautã©ed Mushrooms

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup madeira vermouth or 1/4 cup wine

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. add mushrooms and garlic and sautã© until tender, 2 minutes.
  • 2 remove to a bowl. season well with salt and pepper.
  • 3 add wine to pan and scrape up browned bits.
  • 4 add mushrooms to sauce to reheat.
