Ingredients

- 1 quart mushroom
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- chives or green onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 wash& dry mushrooms.
- 2 cut large ones into quarters, leaving others whole.
- 3 place in jar.
- 4 pour marinade over top and seal.
- 5 turn jar every so often.
- 6 best served after 3 or 4 days.
