Savory Mustard Rubbed Lamb

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless lamb loin
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 450 degree fahrenheit.
  • 2 season lamb loin with salt and pepper.
  • 3 in bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • 4 rub herb-mustard-mixture evenly over lamb.
  • 5 place lamb in roasting pan and roast for 10 minutes.
