Grilled Turkey Breast

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 turkey cutlets

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, combine the cider vinegar, garlic, ground mustard, honey, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  • 2 slowly whisk in the olive oil to thoroughly combine.
  • 3 place the turkey cutlets in a shallow dish and pour the liquid over top.
  • 4 cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (for best results,marinate overnight in the refrigerator.).
  • 5 preheat the grill or oven broiler.
  • 6 place the breasts directly on the grill, or on a roasting rack beneath the broiler.
  • 7 cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is fully done.
  • 8 turn the breasts frequently to prevent burning.
