Grilled Turkey Breast

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 turkey cutlets
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine the cider vinegar, garlic, ground mustard, honey, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- 2 slowly whisk in the olive oil to thoroughly combine.
- 3 place the turkey cutlets in a shallow dish and pour the liquid over top.
- 4 cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (for best results,marinate overnight in the refrigerator.).
- 5 preheat the grill or oven broiler.
- 6 place the breasts directly on the grill, or on a roasting rack beneath the broiler.
- 7 cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is fully done.
- 8 turn the breasts frequently to prevent burning.
