Ingredients

• 1 lb feta cheese, crumbled
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 6 -10 garlic cloves, crushed
• 3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

• 1 mix all together until smooth (may blend in food processor).
• 2 chill at least four hours.
