Easy Spicy Hummus

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 garlic clove (big)

Recipe

  • 1 place everything in a food processor and add a bit of water while it's processing. keep adding water til it's the consistency you like. (about 5 tablespoons).
  • 2 scrape down the sides once or twice.
