Ingredients

- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 garlic clove (big)
Recipe
- 1 place everything in a food processor and add a bit of water while it's processing. keep adding water til it's the consistency you like. (about 5 tablespoons).
- 2 scrape down the sides once or twice.
