Ingredients
- 1 cup tied curds
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed, crushed
- salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients well.
- 2 use it to marinate all vegetables as mentioned in the recipe.
- 3 mix.
- 4 refrigerate till needed.
