Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh gingerroot, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 8 tablespoons pineapple, crushed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine vinegar, oil, and fresh ginger.
- 2 blend well on high speed for 15 seconds.
- 3 add salt, pineapple, and sugar.
- 4 blend another 15 seconds.
- 5 refrigerate until ready to use.
- 6 yield: 1 1/2 cups.
