Ingredients

- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
- 1 -2 cucumber, peeled and halved lengthwise
Recipe
- 1 in bowl of food processor, process feta, dill, mayo, and garlic until smooth and blended.
- 2 using a spoon, scrape out cucumber seeds and discard. fill hollow with feta mixture. cut into ½ inch slices and serve.
