Salmon Patties

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces canned pink salmon (or pouch)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup saltine crackers, crushed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 with your hands, mix all ingredients in a small bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 form mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 3 in a skillet, pour olive oil about 1/4 inch deep and heat on medium high.
  • 4 cook patties 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
