Salmon Patties

Ingredients
- 15 ounces canned pink salmon (or pouch)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup saltine crackers, crushed
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 with your hands, mix all ingredients in a small bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 form mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3 in a skillet, pour olive oil about 1/4 inch deep and heat on medium high.
- 4 cook patties 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
