Super Quick Light Hummus

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 410 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 100 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 lemon, juice and zest of
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  • 2 garnish with black pepper and mint.
  • 3 chill until needed.
