Ingredients

- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- water, to thin if necessary
Recipe
- 1 blend all the ingredients, except water, until smooth.
- 2 thin with water, if needed.
