Richmond Plaza Baptist Church Baked Corn

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons margarine (or butter)
  • 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies (mild)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  • 2 mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour into the baking dish. bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
