Middle Eastern Hummus

Ingredients

- 15 ounces garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- 2 if mixture is too thick, add a little water to dilute to preferred consistency.
- 3 serve at room temperature.
- 4 store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week.
