Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced gingerroot
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 8 ounces hoisin sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan over medium heat- heat olive oil and add sesame seeds and garlic.
- 2 cook for 2 minutes.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until desired consistency.
