Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini paste
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, whisk together all ingredients except water and salt.
- 2 add water, a little at a time to achieve desired consistency. whisk in salt to taste.
