Ingredients

- 2 bunches spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons nama shoyu
Recipe
- 1 wash and dry spinach.
- 2 place garlic in food processor and process until chopped well.
- 3 process remaining ingredients with garlic and pour over spinach.
- 4 marinate for 1 hour or more and serve.
