Lentil Loaf

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (19 ounce) cans lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
  • 2 combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  • 3 mix thoroughly and press mixture into a lightly oiled loaf pan.
  • 4 bake 50 minutes.
