- 2 (19 ounce) cans lentils, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
- 3 mix thoroughly and press mixture into a lightly oiled loaf pan.
- 4 bake 50 minutes.
