Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 onion, cut into large chunks
- 2 cups roma tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, reduced sodium
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 place all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and process until smooth.
- 2 heat a small pan over medium heat.
- 3 add in olive oil and heat.
- 4 add in remaining ingredients and stir well.
- 5 continue to cook on medium heat until sauce has thickened to consistency of ketchup and reduced by half.
- 6 remove from heat and chill.
