Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup diced seeded tomato
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 sauté zucchini, yellow squash, garlic, salt and pepper about 5 minutes.
- 2 add tomato and sauté 2 minutes.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese and serve.
