- 1 cup fresh plum tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup v8 vegetable juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 lb jicama, peeled,sliced into round disks
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except jicama together in a bowl.
- 2 if not serving immediately, sprinkle some lemon juice over the jicama to keep it fresh looking.
