Salsa Cruda With Jicama Chips

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup fresh plum tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup v8 vegetable juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 lb jicama, peeled,sliced into round disks

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except jicama together in a bowl.
  • 2 if not serving immediately, sprinkle some lemon juice over the jicama to keep it fresh looking.
