Ingredients

- 500 g fresh spinach, washed and chopped to size
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic (i love mine garlicky! it's full of healthy anti-oxidants!)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in pan.
- 2 add garlic and spinach to pan. stir fry till spinach is cooked.
- 3 squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over spinach in pan. stir briskly and serve immediately!
