My Pesto

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces basil
  • 14 g pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 32 g parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 garlic clove

Recipe

  • 1 just put everything in a little mini chopper, and whirl.
  • 2 my trick is to add a bit of boiling water if it neeeds thinning---not more oil:).
