Ingredients
- 2 ounces basil
- 14 g pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 32 g parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 1/2 garlic clove
Recipe
- 1 just put everything in a little mini chopper, and whirl.
- 2 my trick is to add a bit of boiling water if it neeeds thinning---not more oil:).
