Mexican Salsa Verde, Green Hot Sauce

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaf, chopped lightly packed
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chilies, diced
  • 4 jalapeno chiles, seeded
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • 2 process until almost smooth.
  • 3 let stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
