Ingredients
- 4 cups basil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet. stir often to prevent burning.
- 2 place all ingredients in a food processor and chop until smooth. add cold water one tablespoon at a time if it gets too thick to continue blending.
