Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 -4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, pressed (or minced)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 beat all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
- 2 shape butter into a roll and wrap in plastic wrap.
- 3 *variation* add minced or grated ginger.
