Healthy Hommus

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 200 g plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 combine chick peas and half of the yoghurt in a food processor or blender with the garlic.
  • 2 blend.
  • 3 add more yoghurt and blend in lemon until the dip is a smooth consistency.
