- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 loaf baguette, sliced and toasted on one side
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, combine olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, parsley and basil.
- 2 spread mixture on un-toasted side of baguette slices.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese.
- 4 toast under broiler until cheese melts.
