Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves, halved
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 in a small skillet cook garlic in butter over low heat for 5 minutes until garlic is golden.
- 2 put in a blender. add mayonnaise and pepper; process until smooth. makes 1 cup.
