Ingredients
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 lemon, juice and zest of
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper, whisking to blend.
- 2 serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to one week.
