Best Mexican Salsa

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 chilies
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander

Recipe

  • 1 chop/dice all the ingredients.
  • 2 put all ingredients in food processor until smooth with a few chunky bits.
  • 3 cook for 5 minutes on high until it starts to bubble.
