Ingredients
- 1 large bunch fresh basil, stems removed
- 1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar or 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
