Summer Spicy Iowa Corn-on-the-cob

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 8 ears corn on the cob, cooked (fresh or frozen)

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce.
  • 2 to serve, brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture.
