Smucker's Orange Chili Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup orange marmalade (smuckers brand or other)
• 1 cup tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes packed in tomato puree)
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon fresh garlic clove, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; mix well. heat until sauce comes to a boil, stirring constantly. simmer 1 minute. use immediately or cool and store in refrigerator for future use.
