Poor Man's Caviar (halloween Dip)

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) can pitted black olives
• 15 green olives
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons shredded carrots

Recipe

• 1 put all the above ingredients in food processor (except carrots) and pulse until they resemble caviar. serve w/crackers.
