Petite Peas With Thyme And Garlic

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • seasoning salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil, garlic and peas in a skillet.
  • 2 add thyme and lettuce.
  • 3 mix well, then cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • 4 peas should be bright but tender and lettuce should be wilted.
  • 5 add seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
