Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh parsley leaves
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2-3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all of the ingredients except oil and pepper in food processor. slowly add enough oil to make a thick paste. add pepper to taste.
