Parsley Pesto

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2-3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place all of the ingredients except oil and pepper in food processor. slowly add enough oil to make a thick paste. add pepper to taste.
