Ingredients
- 1 cup ground flax seeds, sees
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and roll out onto parchment paper until 1/8 inch thick. roll with a pizza cutter into 1 inch squares. bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes or until crispy.
