Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove
- 4 large basil leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme leave
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olive
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth (can be a bit chunky depending on preference).
- 2 you can also do this with an immersion blender.
