Olivada/tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 4 large basil leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme leave
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olive
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth (can be a bit chunky depending on preference).
  • 2 you can also do this with an immersion blender.
