Ingredients
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 sprig fresh basil
- salt and pepper
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 place everything but oil in food processor.
- 2 pulse while adding oil slowly until well blended.
